Post 3 How To
How to set a peaceful yoga setting...
Things you need;
1. A yoga mat
2. A quiet room
3. A yoga outfit (usually consists of stretchy clothes)
4. A glass of water or tea (tea is highly recommended)
5. A candle
6. A light switch
7. An easy yoga video
Set the mat down in the middle of the room. Place a candle on a small table with the tea or water. Put the video in and start of slow. Sounds difficult but you will definitely get the hang of it. So if you want to do real yoga, just wait until my how to presentation. Until then, Goodbye!!!!!!
